Shipping & Returns

Your pack shipment

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via courrier selected with tracking and drop-off without signature. If you prefer delivery by other cargo with required signature, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us before choosing this method. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
If you need extra cost for insurance, please contact us soon for this method.

Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.



How long does it take?

Items ordered on any business day (Monday - Friday) excluding Bank Holidays should be usually delivered within 3 business days (excluding weekend), anytime up to 5.30pm.

Our standard delivery will be next day if the order is placed before 12pm and all ordered items are in stock. Under some circumstances we cannot guarantee next day delivery, however every effort is made by ourselves & the couriers to achieve this.



What courier services do we use?

All orders addressed within the Asia are being send by our courier company selected. You must arrange for someone at your address to be present and sign for the parcel on the expected delivery date. we ussualy use EMS, FedEx, UPS, DHL or other courrier or depand of your request.

 

How to Track your parcel

Once you have placed an order, you will receive an email confirmation that the order is being processed. When we dispatch the goods you will receive another email with your Tracking number. You can then visit the courrier Website and enter your tracking numbe

Occasionally parcels are delayed due to poor addressing/sign posting . We may need to give courrier your telephone number in case they need to contact you regarding the delivery. There is a check box on the order form giving you the option of allowing or disallowing this information to be released.
